I was quoted a time but they were done before. My only complaint was that it was cold in the waiting area.
Service was good but I usually get the detailed paperwork that says what was done and what is needed for maintenance. I did not get that this time. Also I was disappointed that they now charge a 3% fee to pay with a credit card

Got quoted a price for a key reprogramming (and had some in-warranty work done as well). I confirmed the price prior to handing over the car. The work was done fine, but then discovered only after it was done that I was being charged an extra $22 on top of my quoted price for "supplies" for the key (even though I brought in my own fob). It's a digital reprogramming, there's zero chance Autel charges anything like that for their equipment.
